"For The Wine Advocate’s (then just "retired," some said he was forced to retire because of the Pancho Campo Spanish wine scandal!) Spanish Wine Critic Jay Miller a great wine, a wine with 100 Parker points, is one capable of moving you. He adds that "it is the one who makes you live a great experience, that makes you exclaim wow!".
