Sunset in a Glass: Adventures of a Food and Wine Road Warrior in Spain. The Pre-Post COVID Road Warrior adventure. 

 

I soon as I got to Spain, I realized that it was not the castles, the cathedrals, the art museums and even the restaurants that I missed so much, it was the people, my dearest friends. After a shower and a short nap, I went to meet Gabriela Llamas, who offered to take me to see her mother, 91-year old Clara Maria González de Amezua, the grand dame of Spanish gastronomy.
